Product Details

Industrial pure titanium is different from chemically pure titanium; industrial pure titanium contains elements such as oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon, which increases its corresponding strength.

Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3 refer to industrial pure titanium, with the difference being that as the number increases, the impurity elements increase, resulting in higher strength and hardness. Grade 7 is a titanium-palladium alloy, Grade 16 is a higher purity titanium-palladium alloy, and Grade 12 is a titanium-molybdenum-nickel alloy. Titanium alloys have high mechanical properties, excellent stamping performance, and can be welded in various forms, with weld joint strength reaching 90% of the base metal strength, and good machinability. Titanium pipes have high corrosion resistance to chlorides, sulfides, and ammonia. Titanium's corrosion resistance in seawater is higher than that of aluminum alloys, stainless steel, and nickel-based alloys.
