Excellent high-temperature performance: It can maintain high strength and toughness in high-temperature environments, has good creep resistance, can withstand high temperature and high pressure, and can work for a long time at temperatures of 650-1000℃.
Good corrosion resistance: It has excellent resistance to corrosive substances such as acids, bases, salts, and complex corrosive environments like seawater. The addition of chromium improves its corrosion resistance in strong acids, strong bases, and chlorides, while the addition of molybdenum and vanadium further enhances its corrosion resistance.
High oxidation resistance: It is not easily oxidized at high temperatures and can be used for a long time in high-temperature environments without severe oxidation. It can form a dense oxide film on the metal surface, preventing further oxidation.
Excellent mechanical properties: It has high strength and toughness, with tensile strength 3-4 times that of ordinary pipes, capable of withstanding large external forces and pressures, and can resist various stresses in pipeline systems.
Diverse processing performance: It can be processed into pipes of different shapes and sizes through various methods such as forging, casting, heat treatment, and welding to meet the needs of various complex pipeline systems.
